Airport Assistance Services

Fast Track Assistance

GRU security and immigration lines may vary considerably according to the day of the day. Airport Assist can offer fast-track service in the form of priority security and passport control lanes where they are present. This can save time especially to the travelers who have been on a long flight at night and those passengers who are connecting with another international flight.

Meet and Greet

Representatives of Airport Assist serve to meet the traveler at the door of the terminal or the arrival gate and will take the traveler through the airport in a step-by-step manner. The host will be around to make sure that everything is running smoothly, whether it is immigration and baggage claim, check-in, and boarding. To foreigners who have never been to Brazil, this will help them navigate through the airport with a lot of ease.

Lounge Access

GRU Airport has a variety of airline lounges and free-standing airport lounges divided between Terminal 2 and Terminal 3. Airport Assist assists passengers in finding the right lounge and makes the booking of the eligibility or membership program with an airline. It is a nice way of spending time between the flights.

VIP Airport Assistance

VIP airport services are meant to cater to passengers who like being efficient and private. They work with a dedicated host who would organize the whole airport experience- check in counters, security check and boarding gates. This is a choice that is taken by business travelers and executives to escape delays.

Family Special Needs Support

Moving around with children or elderly travelers may be hectic in large-sized airports. Airport Assist can book wheelchairs, priority clearance through checkpoints and guided tours such that the families would navigate through the terminal without much inconvenience.

Baggage & Porter Help

The process of carrying a few suitcases in a congested terminal can be tiring. Airport Assist has arranged the porters services in a manner which the luggage moves easily between the drop-off and check-in or baggage claim to the arrivals area.

Transit Assistance

GRU is an important interconnection center in South America. Airport Assist observes flights in transit and transfers passengers between terminals or departure gates to make sure that passengers arrive at their subsequent flight punctually.
